AN ORDINANCE, vacating a twenty foot (20') wide easement located in a tract
of land in Lot 1 of "Florissant Way", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 59, Page 95 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Cool Valley, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The twenty foot (20') wide easement as recorded in Deed Book
4336, Page 221 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office is hereby vacated EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the five foot (5') wide easement located along the eastern property line as
shown on the attached Exhibit "A" and recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 95 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Cool Valley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1996.
