AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement and a two foot (2')
wide easement, both of which are located in a tract of land in Lot 4, Block 3 of "Tuxedo
Park", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 95 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement and the two foot (2') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 1517, Pages 256 and 257 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office located within Lot 4, Block 3 of "Tuxedo Park" are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1996.
