AN ORDINANCE, vacating the remaining portion of an eighteen foot (18') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 8138, Page 471 of the City of St. Louis Records, in part of
City Block 4782 in the McKinley Place Subdivision, Block 2 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the remaining portion of the subject easement and this District has no further use for
said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The remaining portion of an eighteen foot (18') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 8138, Page 471 as shown hachured on the attached easement
vacation plat marked Exhibit "A", made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1996.
