O R D I N A N C E NO. 9918
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 2082, Page 91 and all of a five foot (5') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 1851, Page 630 of the St. Louis County Records, in Lot 1 of Olivette Executive Office
Park, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 215, Page 75 of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Olivette, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a five foot (5') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 2082, Page 91 as shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked
Exhibit "A" and the five foot (5') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 1851, Page 630 as
shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked Exhibit "B", and both made
a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1996.
