AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide utility easement in
Lot 16 of The Hoechst Tract Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 341, Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the developer of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide utility easement as shown hachured on
the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1996.
