AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be
known as Subdistrict No. 94105 (Tescord Drive Sanitary Sewers) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby
established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the
subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 94105 (Tescord Drive Sanitary
Sewers).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 94105 (Tescord Drive Sanitary
Sewers) shall be as follows:

SUBDISTRICT #94105
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 4 of "Concord Hills Plat No. 1", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 89 of the St. Louis
County Records, said point being located on the east line of Tescord Drive, 50 feet wide;
thence northeasterly along said east line of Tescord Drive, North 20 degrees 16 minutes East
a distance of 39.87 feet to a point; thence leaving said east line of Tescord Drive, North 69
degrees 44 minutes West a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the west line of Tescord
Drive, said point also being the southeast corner of Lot 8 of "Concord Hills Plat No. 2", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 43 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence along the south line of said Lot 8, North 69 degrees 44 minutes
West a distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said south line and along a line
being parallel to and 110.00 feet northwest of the west line of said Tescord Drive, North 20
degrees 16 minutes East a distance of 900 feet to a point in the north line of Lot 24 of
"Concord Hills Plat No. 3 ", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
91, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said north line, North 69 degrees
44 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 28.46 feet to a point; thence leaving said north
line, North 59 degrees 43 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 169.60 feet to a point in
the southwest line of Lot 27 of said "Concord Hills Plat No. 3"; thence leaving said west line,
South 74 degrees 26 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 203.05 feet to a point in the
north line of Lot 25 of said "Concord Hills Plat No. 3"; thence along said north line, North 62
degrees 16 minutes East a distance of 8.90 feet to a point; thence leaving said north line,
South 25 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 194.87 feet to a point in the
south line of said Lot 25; thence leaving said south line and along a line being parallel to and
110.00 feet southeast of the aforementioned east line of Tescord Drive, 50 feet wide, South
20 degrees 16 minutes West a distance of 400 feet to a point in the north line of Lot 15 the
aforementioned "Concord Hills Plat No. 2"; thence along said north line, North 69 degrees 44
minutes West a distance of 110.00 feet to a point in said east line of Tescord Drive, 50 feet
wide; thence along said east line of Tescord Drive, South 20 degrees 16 minutes West a
distance of 200.00 feet to a point, said point being the northwest corner of Lot 11 of said
"Concord Hills Plat No. 2"; thence along said north line, South 69 degrees 44 minutes East a
distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said north line and along a line being
parallel to and 110.00 feet southwest of the aforementioned east line of Tescord Drive, South
20 degrees 16 minutes West a distance of 300.00 feet to a point in the south line of Lot 4 of
the aforementioned "Concord Hills Plat No. 1"; thence along said south line, North 69 degrees
44 minutes West a distance of 110.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1996.
