AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement located
in Lot 1 of the Resubdivision of Lots 5-18 in Block D and Lots 1-2 in Block G of West Tower
Grove, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 194, page 67 of the
St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 1 of the
Resubdivision of Lots 5-18 in Block D and Lots 1-2 in Block G of West Tower Grove as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1996.
