AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a forty foot
(40') wide right-of-way located along Smizer Mill Road approximately fifty feet (50') west of
the relocated Bowles Avenue right-of-way.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject right-of-way, and this District
has no further use for said portion of right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the subject right-of-way as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1996.
