AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the procurement of Major Electrical Equipment (L-02F, 93039F)
for the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System Pump Station and Gate Modifications,
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9645, adopted August 10, 1995, appropriated the
initial funding for said procurement, and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for the furnishing of Major Electrical
Equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project
costs for the procurement of Major Electrical Equipment (L-02F, 93039F) for the Lemay
Service Area Overflow Regulation System Pump Station and Gate Modifications, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1996.
