AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lots 1
and 2 of Gilbert Estates No. 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 335, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement as shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1996.
