AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement in Lot
4 of Clifton Oaks, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 316,
Page 48 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion
of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1996.
