AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00)
from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for Networking/Equipment for the District-wide
Computerized Maintenance Management System.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for Networking/Equipment for the
District-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1996.
