AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to
be used for additional project costs for the procurement of Major Electrical Equipment (BP-
014C, 94089C) for the Bissell Service Area Overflow Regulation System Pump Station
Modifications, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9836, adopted April 18, 1996, appropriated the initial
funding for said Major Electrical Equipment, and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for the procurement of Major Electrical
Equipment to be installed at the Bissell Point Pump Station, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the
appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The total sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund, to be used for
additional project costs for the procurement of Major Electrical Equipment (BP-014C, 94089C)
for the Bissell Service Area Overflow Regulation System Pump Station Modifications, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1996.
