AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair #171 (Warson
Hills) 96069, in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair
#171 (Warson Hills) 96069, in the City of Ladue, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and
opened on the 29th day of August, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1996.
