AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair #175 (Liggett &
Ferndale) 96031, in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair
#175 (Liggett & Ferndale) 96031, in the City of Crestwood, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 5th day of September, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1996.
