AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide easement in Lot 144 of The
Meadows at Forder Oaks Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 336, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the developer of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5') wide easement as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat," and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1996.
