AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) adjoining five foot (5') wide easements
in Lot 226, and two (2) adjoining five foot (5') wide easements in Lot 229 of the
Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228 and 229 of The
Meadows at Forder Oaks Plat One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
341, Page 14, said easements having been originally located in Lots 226, 227, 228 and
229 of The Meadows at Forder Oaks Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 336, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the developer of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The four (4) five foot (5') wide easements as shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat," and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1996.
