AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in portions of
right-of-way located along the east and west side of Fenway Park Drive approximately one
thousand feet (1,000') south of the Rudder Road right-of-way.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject right-of-way, and this District
has no further use for said portions of right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the portions of the subject right-of-way as shown
hachured on the attached "Vacation of Portion of Fenway Park Drive Right-of-Way Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1996.
