AN ORDINANCE, vacating a forty foot (40') wide drainage easement located in
a tract of land being part of Lot 7 and Lot 8 of "Fenton Weiss Business Park", a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 339, Page 17 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject drainage easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The forty foot (40') wide drainage easement in said "Fenton
Weiss Business Park" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1996.
