CERTIFYING ANDREW TARRANT TO THE POSITION
OF POLICE SERGEANT
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of
POLICE SERGEANT
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification of
Eligibles for Appointment, dated November 21, 1996 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
ANDREW TARRANT
is eligible for appointment to the position of
POLICE SERGEANT
in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
ANDREW TARRANT
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
POLICE SERGEANT
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated
NOVEMBER 21, 1996
as provided by law, effective DECEMBER 6, 1996
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith to
the New Jersey Department of Personnel, CN 316, Trenton, NJ 08625-0316.

and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 6, 1996.
