AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 2796, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records and located in the west 1/2 of Lot 36
of Woodbine Heights Addition, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 18, Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A ten foot (10') wide easement, recorded in Deed Book 2796,
Page 46 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1996.
