AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 7214, Page 1981 of the St. Louis County Records, in a tract of land in U.S.
Survey 1962, T.45N., R5E., a part of Lot 4 of the William Lashley Estate Subdivision and
located 170' west of Olive Street Road on the north line of Craig Road in the City of Creve
Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 7214, Page 1981 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat"
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1996.
