AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lots
6, 7 & 8 of the Corporate Exchange Plat Two subdivision according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 342, Page 41 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the developer of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1996.
