AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Bi-State
Utilities Co. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair #169 (Calvert Ave.
#367) 96038, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Bi-State Utilities Co. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair #169
(Calvert Ave. #367) 96038, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 18th day of November, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1997.
