AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Roanoke Drive Storm Sewer
(Infrastructure Repair #185)96064, in the Village of Bel-Nor, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Roanoke Drive Storm
Sewer (Infrastructure Repair #185) 96064, in the Village of Bel-Nor, Missouri, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 11th day of December, 1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1997.
