BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with JRW Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Rider Trail North 4290 (Infrastructure Repair #182) (Maintenance) 96093, in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of December, 1996. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1997.
