AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in right-of-
way located within Avenue "I" in the Woods Hunt Subdivision approximately one thousand five
hundred feet (1,500') southeast of the intersection of Hwy. I-55 & Bayless Road.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in the subject right-of-way, and this District
has no further use for said portion of right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the subject right-of-way as shown hachured on the
attached "Vacation of A Portion of Avenue "I" Right-of-Way", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1997.
