AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of easements on Lot 15 of Concord Hills
Plat No. 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 43 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of easements on Lot 15 of Concord Hills Plat No. 2
as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1997.
