AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Riverside
Construction, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #183 (Maintenance) 96096, in
the Cities of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Glendale, Hazelwood,
Kirkwood, Ladue, Manchester, Maplewood, St. Louis, Town & Country, and unincorporated St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Riverside Construction, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes,
inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #183 (Maintenance) 96096,
in the Cities of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Glendale, Hazelwood,
Kirkwood, Ladue, Manchester, Maplewood, St. Louis, Town & Country, and unincorporated St.
Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of December,
1996.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1997.
