AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 6842, Page 2488 of the St. Louis County Records, being now located
in the right-of-way of St. Joseph Ridge Court and Lot 189 of The Meadows At Forder Oaks
Plat Three, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 344, Page
266 of the St. Louis County Records, and in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 6842, Page 2488 as shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1997.
