AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement on Lot 38 of Indian Hills, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 50 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate said portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of easement on Lot 38 of Indian Hills as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1997.
