AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements on Lots 28 and 29 of Amiot,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 301, Pages 44-46 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject properties has requested this District to
vacate said portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of easements on Lots 28 and 29 of Amiot as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Exhibit", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1997.
