AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten (10) foot wide easement on Lot 5 of
Meyerhoff, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 36 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten (10) foot wide easement on Lot 5 of Meyerhoff
Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1997.
