AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in Decorah (Schuetz Road to
Schulte) 92000, in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Karsten Equipment Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in Decorah (Schuetz
Road to Schulte) 92000, in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 13th day of January, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1997.
