AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to
subordinate certain easement rights within Mason Oaks as recorded in Plat Book 230, Pages
44 and 45 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records for the purpose of dedicating for public
use a 40'W right-of-way for Mason Oaks Lane.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in the proposed 40'W right-of-way
dedication will not interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby subordinates
certain easement rights within Mason Oaks as shown hachured on the attached "R.O.W.
Dedication of Mason Oaks Lane", and marked Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof, for the
purpose of dedicating for public use a 40'W right-of-way for Mason Oaks Lane.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the District, an instrument giving effect to Section One
hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1997.
