AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with JRW
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Madaford Sanitary Relief
(Infrastructure Repair #181) 96092, in the City of Lakeshire, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
JRW Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Madaford Sanitary Relief
(Infrastructure Repair #181) 96092, in the City of Lakeshire, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 11th day of March, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1997.
