AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Karsten
Equipment Co. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #189 (Maintenance) 97015, in the
Cities of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Breckenridge Hills, Crestwood, Normandy, Village of
Riverview, Sunset Hills, St. Ann, St. John, University City, Village of Grantwood Village,
Village of Hanley Hills, Village of Hillsdale, Wellston, St. Louis City, unincorporated North St.
Louis County, and unincorporated South St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Karsten Equipment Co. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #189 (Maintenance) 97015, in the
Cities of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Breckenridge Hills, Crestwood, Normandy, Village of
Riverview, Sunset Hills, St. Ann, St. John, University City, Village of Grantwood Village,
Village of Hanley Hills, Village of Hillsdale, Wellston, St. Louis City, unincorporated North St.
Louis County, and unincorporated South St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 12th day of March, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1997.
