AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width easement located in Lot 45 of the
"Chesterfield Meadow Plat Two", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 188, Pages 46 & 47 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the variable width easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The variable width easement in said Lot 45 of the "Chesterfield
Meadow Plat Two" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 1997.
