AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the Mission Park Pump Station Elimination (96040), in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Karsten Equipment Company for the Mission Park Pump Station Elimination (96040), in the
City of Hazelwood, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of March,
1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1997.
