AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Earth
Excavating Services for the construction of a heavy stone revetment and appurtenances in
Infrastructure Repair #188 (Jannette #2101) 97012, in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Earth Excavating Services for the construction of a heavy stone revetment and appurtenances
in Infrastructure Repair #188 (Jannette #2101) 97012, in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of March, 1997.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 1997.
