Monday, December 4, 2017

ATTENDEES:
Committee members present: Erin Wiseman, Laura Ward, David Kemna, Ron Fitzwater, and
Mark Schreiber.
Staff present: Gail Strope, David Bange, Steve Crowell. The following staff members arrived
after the meeting started: Ryan Moehlman and Margie Mueller
Others Present: The following arrived after the meeting started: Carrie Tergin, Rick Mihalevich,
Larry Henry and Rick Prather.
Meeting came to order at 5:30 p.m., the October 4, 2017 minutes were approved with a motion
by Councilman Mark Schreiber and seconded by Councilman David Kemna. The motion passed
5-0.
Appointment Review:
Presented by Gail Strope. The committee discussed the first eight appointments. A motion to
approve the recommendations was made by Councilman Mark Schreiber and seconded by
Councilwoman Laura Ward. The motion passed 5-0.

motion was made by Councilwoman Laura Ward and seconded by Councilman David Kemna.
The motion passed 5-0 and will move to Council.

There being no further business, Councilman Mark Schreiber made the motion to adjourn which
was seconded by Councilwoman Laura Ward. The motion passed 5-0 ending the meeting at 5:42
p.m.
Next meeting is scheduled for January 3, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. in the Boone/Bancroft room at City
Hall.
