WIIEREAS, application has been properly umde to tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by St. I~anetrius Ukrainian O'mrch ~
St. Elizabeth Church Holy Name Society
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WIIEREAS, it appears that the al)plicanl (s) is/ale qualified to be licensed and that tile

directed to execute the endorsement of tile Mayor and Council by issuing,.upon proper
presentation oFapplication aud Fees, a BINGO LICENSE to tile applicant (s);
BE 1T FURTIIER RESOLVED that a certified copy o£thls Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games o£Chance Coutrol Cmnmission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
