DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF ILAFFLE LICENSES TO
CARI12{Er HIgH SCHOOL BAND PARfaitS ASSOCIATION

WItEREAS, application bas been properly made to tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by
of the Borongh of Carterel; and
WHEREAS, it appears that tide applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that tile
members designated to conduct ILAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members of the
applicant (s); and
WlIEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by tile Mayor and
Council of the Borongh 9f Calteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute tile endorsement of the Mayor aud Council by issuing, upon proper
presentatiou of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE 1T FURTIIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Cmmnission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07101.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
adopted by the Mayor and Conncil of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jmsey, at the Council Meeting
