CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE AT
559 ROOSEVELT AVENUE
WHEREAS, Joseph Kiss, 559 Roosevelt Avenue has requested a handicapped
parking space; and
WHEREAS, the individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking space; and
WttEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection
to the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that a handicapped parking space shall be
designated at 559 Roosevelt Avenue.
Adopted this 19th day of December, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 20, 1996.
