AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR SALE
OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WI:IEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has in its possession surplus equipment and
miscellaneous items; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorize the sale
of said items; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for the sale of said surplus
equipment and miscellaneous items.
Adopted this 19th day of December, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 20, 1996.
