HomeMy Public PortalAboutR0001 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1 WHEREAS, by Section 13.040 of the Plan of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District it is provided that the necessary expenses of the Board of Trustees of said District prior to July 1, 1954, shall be paid one-half by the City of St. Louis and one-half by St. Louis County on vouchers drawn and signed in such manner as the Board shall provide by ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Board has made a preliminary estimate of needs and requirements for its necessary expenses during said period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board request the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, respectively, each to appropriate the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to its use in providing for such necessary expenses during said period; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted by the Temporary Chairman of the Board to the Mayor of the City of St. Louis and to the Supervisor of St. Louis County. The above Resolution was adopted March 29, 1954.
