WHEREAS, there is presently no Executive Director of
the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and the District is
unable to function without such officer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Harry F. Thomson be
and he hereby is appointed Executive Director of the Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District. The above Resolution adopted April 28, 1954.
