WHEREAS, Section 1.010 of the Plan of the Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District authorizes the District to adopt, use and
alter at its pleasure a corporate seal, and the District has not
yet adopted such seal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE DISTRICT that the corporate seal of the District shall be
circular in form with the words "The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District" around the margin thereof, and the word "Seal" in the
center thereof, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an impression of such seal
shall be affixed to this Resolution as soon thereafter as such
seal is obtained. The above Resolution was adopted May 7, 1954.
