WHEREAS, the sum of $49,500.00, being the net amount
received by the District from the proceeds of a loan made by the
First National Bank to the District in the sum of $50,000.00 has
been deposited in the account heretofore opened in the First
National Bank by the District, and
WHEREAS, the funds available to the District prior to
July 1, 1954 were funds received from the City of St. Louis by the
District under the provision of Sec. 13.040 of the Plan, and are
chargeable to a difference accounting period and under a different
provision of the Plan from the proceeds of the aforesaid loan, and
it is advisable to keep the funds for the current fiscal year
separate from the funds received from the City of St. Louis or St.
Louis County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of
$49,500.00 on deposit in the First National Bank in St. Louis be
transferred to a separate account in said bank, and be kept
separate and apart from funds received from the City of St. Louis
covering the operations of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District in the period prior to July 1, 1954.
The above Resolution was adopted July 19, 1954.
