WHEREAS, the Resolution appointing L. E. Ordelheide,
Executive Director of the District does not fix the compensation
of said Executive Director and it is deed necessary to fix said
salary,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
that the salary of the Executive Director be and the same is
hereby fixed at the sum of $12,000.000 per annum, payable in equal
semi-monthly installments.
The above Resolution was adopted August 5, 1954.
